    These steel bars are used to turn the clutch handles when they are screwed into the flywheel on Polar paper cutters.(HB24)(207321)


    The holes for the clutch handles are 8-1/2" apart on one side of this bar, and are 7" apart on the opposite side of this bar. Without this tool you risk applying uneven pressure to the clutch handles which can cause them to break off.
