The Rosback TrueScore-Pro Quad System is specially designed for hinge scoring
digitally printed perfect bound book covers as well as other jobs and
materials. The TrueScore-Pro Quad System is the most versatile hinge
scoring system currently on the market with 64 standard variations.
The TrueScore-Pro Quad System can also be used for any application requiring
one score, or two scores from 1/4” spacing or greater.
There is no need to remove the shafts to replace male scoring discs or relocate the
spacers.
No more outsourcing difficult digitally printed scoring jobs. So simple to use
even inexperienced operators will enjoy perfect crack free results.
HOW THE TrueScore-Pro Quad WORKS
The upper head has a selection of two color-coded male scoring discs for a
large range of stock weight. The lower head has a selection of two female
grooved rings having different groove widths. When the heads engage, the
male scoring disc gently stretches the material into the female ring groove,
providing a deep, perfect crease and crack free fold every time.
The heads can be assembled to have a male scoring disc with a female groove
ring on the same head, if required. Spacer rings on each head assembly are
used to change the dimension from the spine score to the hinge score.
