Fluted drills are designed for coated and your toughest stocks.  The flutes force the chips to tightly “cup" so they can flow easily out of the drill bit.  Fluted drills are not recommended for soft paper stocks.

 

One piece construction made from the finest quality tool steel.  Micro Polished on the inside to allow chips to flow easily and reduce clogging.  Every drill bit is thoroughly inspected after each machining and finishing process to insure the highest quality product on the market.
